Snappy Grip, Inc. ships all items by via Priority Mail or UPS. Free Samples are sent First Class Mail. Subject to availability, we ship items within 3 days of receiving the order. Items usually take 5 or 7 business days to get to you. If you want a rush order placed and shipped via courier, indicate this on your order, or call us at 623-680-5192. Appropriate increased shipping charges will apply.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
Our Returns Policy
Simply e-mail our site to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number, and provide full details of your order.

You must include the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.
- We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Snappy Grip, Inc,
- We will not refund shipping charges unless the product shipped was due to an error on our part or found to be defective.
- We cannot give a refund once the product has been snapped together.
Once we have received and processed the returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone regarding the refund. You will receive a refund within 14 business days in the same manner of payment originally used for the purchase.
Refusing a Shipment:
For all Products: If you refuse a shipment, you will be refunded the amount of purchase less shipping fee. All refusals will be subject to this fee for any and all reasons.
